HKSF members enjoy the priority of booking specific courses ogranised by the Federation and the privilege to purchase the HKSF merchandise and publications at a discounted price. Besides, they are also eligible to receive circulars issued by HKSF from time to time. Being a member also enable him/her to nominate and vote for a candidate to the Council at each Annual General Meeting.
HKSF Membership is divided into three main categories:-
- Individual Members
- Member Clubs
- Members Associations
At present, HKSF has around 300 individual Members who are sailors or instructors. Its 4 Member Clubs and 23 Member Associations has also provided a broad membership base of over 50,000.
