Background
As a signatory to the World Anti-Doping Code, the core document issued by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) for providing the framework for harmonized anti-doping policies, rules and regulations within sport organizations and among public authorities, the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) adopted and implemented the Anti-Doping Policy which was endorsed by its Council in October 2008. Being a member of SF&OC and a supporter for fair play, the Hong Kong Sailing Federation is obliged to observe the Anti-Doping Rules of the SF&OC and the Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee.
